Accessing Your Site Reports

Your site management software will give you details about how many of your units have been hired and paid for. BearBox will show you how many customers have accessed the site in a monthly period and visitor trends.

Go to Reports -> Management Reports and select one of the four graphs for your site.

The Access history by day shows the number of unique customer visits you have to your site on each day in a given month.

The Access history by hour shows the total number of customers accessing your site at particular times of day, so you can easily work out peak times – you could use it to determine when you should have extra staff onsite.

If you look at the occupancy rate, you can see the percentage of units that are rented (blue), locked out (red), or vacant (green).

The Failed access graph gives you the total number of a failed access attempts on the site by day. It's broken down into failed access due to invalid pins (orange), invalid zones (green), or being locked out (blue).
